Please take note of the following important information regarding the termination cap: the inside diameter measures 2 inches while the outside diameter measures 2-3/8 inches. The Raven termination vent has obtained a patent due to its unique design feature that enables water condensation to drain out of the pipe. The exhaust furnace vent ensures smooth airflow by pushing it through the stainless steel mesh screen. Positioned along the edge of the termination cover cap is a small inward curved slot that aids in the escape of liquid condensation from the pipe. To maintain uninterrupted flow, a compatible PVC pipe can be connected with the mesh screen termination cap insert along with an adapter, such as a PVC or rubber flexible elbow coupling or a hub fitting (not included).

The stainless steel mesh screen vent cap can be effortlessly fitted onto any suitable PVC pipe as an exposed cover. The mesh screen, made of 304-grade stainless steel, offers corrosion resistance and durability to prevent obstructions from leaves, debris, as well as entry of birds, bugs, and wildlife. Please be advised that the PVC or rubber flexible elbow coupling and hub fitting are not included and must be purchased separately.
